Hi all, I've just recently purchased one of those neat cycling bikes to help me burn some fat. I tried it out a few times and I'm just not feeling it! If I put too mch resistance, my legs feel like I'm squatting, but if I put too little, I feel like I'm just passing the time easily. Is there a trick to making this not hurt your legs/rear while getting a good workout? Any suggestions would be great!
