I am trying my best to burn off the fat in my midsection but running has shown difference but it has also made me look thinner. I am loosing fat from all over my body. Now I still have my gutt but lost a lot of fat from my legs and hands. I dont want to be shinny I want to be big (muscle wise) so I was wondering if I were to do so jump rope will that target the fat from my midsection. Someone has any ideas to strictly target the midsection feel free to let me know your help will be appreciated.
