I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on my workout. I want to be big and cut at the same time. Now I've been working out for a year and my muscles have gotten slightly bigger but I do not see the cuts. Also my muscles have not shown a significant increase in bigness. I try to train at least 2 days a week. I target all muscle group and still no significant results have been shown. I mean I could see some results but its not very noticible . Now I was thinking if I start working out 4 days a week (M,T,TH,F). One hour a day workout. And I do a split body workout each day. Example one day chest, tricepts, shoulders,hamstring, inner abductors. the other day back, bicepts, quards, outter abductors. On mondays I do more reps and less weights to get more cut, tuesday I'll do more wights and less reps to get bigger. Thursday less weights more reps and Friday more weights less reps. And so on. Will this help me get bigger muscle and more cuts in my body. I have a friend who is extremly cut but he is not big, now I do not want to be cut and thin instead want to have cuts with big muscle. So is there any advice you can give me I will greatly appreciate it. Also if I am forgetting to work out some muscle groups please let me know so I can add them to my workouts.
I workout shoulders, tricepts, entire back, bicepts, quards, hamstring, both abductors.
