Ive been lifting for about 5-6 years and was told that muscles will become used to the lifting and will get used to lifting and become immune to soreness. But others said they should be sore every time i lift. My thing is that my biceps wont be sore after a workout with about 55-65 lbs dumbbell at 3sets of 8 but will be if i do upright rows with 105lb barbell .But the upright rows dosent feel like my delts are worked.I dont know if im doing something wrong now because it seems every target muscle work the secondary muscles feel like there are doing most of the work.And when i bench about 200+lbs my front delts are hit pretty good but military i cant do but 125lbs and the delts feel unaffected.Just wondering if yall have any advice because i feel like im doing something wrong if i lift heavy on a muscle group and feel it more in a different muscle that helps it(synergist?)
