The gist of the article was, "Why are you doing FIVE sets of ___? All you need to do is one or two, after you're warmed up." For me, I work out 2X week. I try to hit all of the areas I work out: shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms, shrugs, deadlifts, squats, calves, back. I guess I do around 3 good sets each. I do different exercises for the bodyparts: Shoulders: DB presses, military presses. Biceps: DB curls, barbell curls. Etc. Point is, I'm pretty tuckered out after this workout.
