Posted by Jeremy on December 1, 2005, 5:08 am Ive been thinking of training each muscle once per week, hitting one muscle in one day, e.g one day for each of the following; Bis, tris, legs/abs, chest, back, shoulders (not thought about the order yet). The work load, in general, would be around 6 exercises per muscle, 3 sets of 10, the work outs will last about an hour. I would like to see some opinions on this? The reason im doing it is basically because I enjoy taking each muscle to the max. I can feel my muscles being able to take more abuse e.g 3 exercises (3 sets of 10), pushing them as hard as possible used to leave my bi's/tri's completely zapped of any energy. Now I always feel like I could do another couple of exercises. The emphasis is on upper body, i have always done legs and abs together and will just keep doing this. Thanks
