Thanks everyone for the info. Just wondering, for an athlete do these diets seem like good choices. I am an aspiring pro athlete who is rehabing a knee. Although I stay as active as possible, working out 5 to 6 days a week,(doubling up 4 of those days). I haven't been able to do much as far as cardio and am looking to drop some body fat. I'm currently 265 and am farily lean, but carry most of my fat in my legs and hips. I really just want to find a diet to work with my workout regimen. I work very hard and my strength gains have been good. I'm attempting to maximize, maybe even gain a bit more mass, but stay as lean as possible. I ususally lift moderately to very heavy when doing core lifts. Suggestions?
