I noticed on the clip of the 'depth push-ups' that the person use's a full range of movement (all the way down before pushing into the air landing, and repeateing all the way down pushing landing).
I've seen someone else perform this excercise without the full movement , just speed (hand's on the platform's then off ) with there chest not really makeing any large movement's.(very fast)
Now can you please tell me the benifit's of the second example other then cardiovascular. Im not real sure of the effect's on the muscle's with such a small movement.Also how important is form(placement of hands) in the first example ?or is it just focus on explosiveness?
