I was wondering how I would go about measuring progress. I know weight is one thing to look at, but I know there are other ways to guage progress with a measuring tape. I've been using a measuring tape to measure my chest and arms. I measure my chest by wrapping it around my torso, right underneath the armpit. I measure my arms around the thickest part at a 90 degree bend (its to hard to measure with my arm straight, although, that's propbably the right way). I was wondering if these were good ways to measure, or if anyone has better ways to measure.
