Bad grammar aside, there's nothing wrong with a wee bit of orange juice in the morning. It's got Vitamin C, after all... But a quart of OJ? That's not so good. My rule is, "Eat fruit, Drink water." If you combine a fast-carb with fat or protein, it slows it down. So go ahead, have a potato (or sweet potato!) with your steak. Odds are you deserve it after a heavy work-out. But potatoes and whatnot aren't the type of "carb" you want to eliminate from your diet. You want to eliminate more junky carbs like white bread and pasta, cake, doughnuts, pies, cookies... Hey man I'm getting hungry.
