But you should try to gather as much information as possible from as many different sources as possible and then compare and contrast it. If something one person tells you doesn't make sense, try to reconcile why that is so. Eventually you should be able to come to a consensus about what is and is not good advice as well as who gives and does not give good advice. One thing I've always been wary of is anecdotal advice. Yes, I give it myself, but it should always be taken with a grain of salt. As we are all physically different to some extent, what works for one person may prove disastrous for another. In the end you simply need to exercise common sense and rely on your internal BS meter to guide you. --Previous Message--
