Hey,
I heard a story about a 22 year old kid in around 97 or so who supposedly killed 12 homeless folks in downtown Sacramento. Is this just urban legend or was there indeed a "midtown slasher"? Google got me nowhere and I didn't see anything about it in your murder/mayham section but I thought you could be the Sacramenten with the scoop-I am obsessed.
