The first is Eucalypts, but not Eucalyptus. It is Angophora, adult opposite leave, long, petiolate, and penniveined.
The second is not Eucalyptus perrinania, juveniles leaves connate, bark smooth throughout, and shedding in ribbons. It is not Eucalyptus pulverulenta, very rarelly adulte leave, and smooth bark shedding in ribbon.
