I'm not scared off. My whole plan is huge, will take time, resources, etc.
I just looked at http://www.garden.org/zipzone/ ...After looking on Google Maps for Neenach, CA it told me the zip was 93536 putting it in the Lake Hughes area. So imputing that to garden.org, it told me it's an 8A region. I'm not entirely sure what that means and what my options are.
