David, unless you are holding the plants for a year or more they should do fine with whatever nutrients in your potting mix. you might consider repotting the seedlings into a larger/deeper container with some "fresh" potting soil and that might also help if the initial soil mix for the seedlings was low nutrient to begin with. if you feel that the eucs really do need something "extra" you might consider using either alfalfa pellets or a pure nitrogen fertilizer (no phosphorus or potassium)like ammonium sulfate used LIGHTLY (half recommended application). FWIW, i never fertilize eucs either in containers or in the ground and especially once they get planted they generally make excellent growth even in my fairly crappy/low nutrient soils. hope this helps.
