3 weeks is recommended by one source---put the seeds on a moist paper towel in a saled plastic bag or put a single thickness of moist paper towel directly on top of the "soil" you are using and try putting the seed directly on that (put everything in a sealed plastic bag. as soon as the cool moist period is done place the seed flat/container in a warm bright spot (keep the soil medium moist but not wet)and hope for germination (take the plastic bag off once out of the fridge). if you are in the southern hemisphere and in an area with simular conditions to where regnans grows consider sowing in a flat (do not cover seed) and leaving outdoors thru your fall and winter for (hopefully) germination in spring. good luck.
