interesting pictures---the only "hardy" euc species that i have grown so far that can give a seni-reasonable equivialant of the smooth barked corymbia species is e. scoparia whose very pale grey-white barked trunks and narrow green foliage SOMEWHAT resemble c. citriodora. BTW, what was the weather like in the area where you took the pictures---dry and warm or dry and relatively cool (realize that it is getting late fall/early winter in the southern hemisphere)?
