no, there are a number os seed merchants available--for amall amts. of "hardy" species you can try australianseeds.com in virginia. milligan seeds in n.z. sells commercial quantities of species selected for cold conditions in their country and many may be reliable in mild areas of the u.s. (7b-9a). carter seeds and lawyer nursery sell commercial quantitites of the "standard" type eucs used in california and arizona and simular very mild areas (i.e. globulus, citriodora, camaldulensis, etc.). austrahort and nindethana seed in australia can provide many species in commercial quantities but you may have to have an import permil and phytosanitary permit. also, ebay here and in australia has a variety of venders if you are looking for relatively small quantities of many different species. since you havent said where you are, what species you are interested in,etc., i can only give the most generic suggestions. good luck.
