there are probably no large scale producers of this plant in this country---www.suatralianplants.com in virginia probably stocks seed which is easily germinated. you might try www.forestfarm.com which MIGHT have plants available in small quantities. concerning frank calia he often posts in the "hardy palms in temperate zones" board and you might try to contact him there.
