Smaller Eucalyptus

After looking at some Euc. books I'm wondering if anyone grows some of the smaller trees...say up to about 25 feet tall or so. That would surely make more since in windy places like north Texas. The really tall Eucs are magnificent but don't seem to be the right fit for us.
