Hehe, didn't realize on the othe post it led to that website, I meant it to refer the old Arbenz paper from 1911. This looks an awful lot like the company I contacted several years ago that was growing SC25s for cleaning up contaminated soils and freeway landscaping. There are a number of them on the SW freeway in Houston, they're tall beanpoles. And they're just a selection Simpson Timber made from a field of Albacutya camaldulensis, no hybrids involved. You used to be able to buy SC25 or open pollinated seedlings directly from Simpson, don't know if you still can or not (I don't think it's called Simpson Timber any more)
