I know Milligan Seeds rates Baby Blue at -8C and E. pulverulenta at -14C. Here in Columbia, SC in a zone 8a I experimented with Baby Blue last year and lost everyone to the cold in 1gal. containers. This year I am experimenting with E. pulverulenta to see how it fares here.
