IMHO, you might call one of them "white gum" (milligans calls elliptica by that name) and the other either "manna gum" or "spotted gum". would strongly consider NOT using the moniker "brittle gum" because that would likely scare off customers because the "brittle" name apparent comes from the habit of mature trees dropping branches for no apparent reason during calm weather as oppossed to during wind storms. OTOH, i would inform all customers that because of their fast growth and potential size and root mass that eucs gemera;;u should not be planted closer than 30' at the minimum from structures unless they will be pruned back on a regular basis or are small species like neglecta.
