Leaning Tree

Last summer I bought a small seedling in a paper cup. Not thinking it would survive I planted it close to other trees in my yard. It is now 30feet tall and bending quite a bit.We are in Louisiana and hurricane season is fast approaching. I do not want to loose my beautiful tree. Should I cut the top off, ans/or stake it?
