I have one that I have grown from a seed in Miami, FL. It is 3 years old (from the point of germination), 28 feet high and has flowers for the first time as we speak. It goes through self-pruning and slow growth phase during dry season, but by beginning of wet season (June-July) it will be growing 1-2 ft per month. At this rate, I expect it to reach 220 feet in ~20 more years. I water it daily for 30 minutes each day and fertilize with standard mango/avocado fertilizer every 12 months. I hope this helps, Michael
