We got plenty of Albizia (Mimosa) around here in SC/NC, but I've obtained seeds from a large Albizia coreana at the arboretum. It's abit different from regular ole' mimosa. A. coreana has foliage like honey locust. Leaflets are'nt as fine as A. julibrissin. The bark is heavily farrowed and the flowers are white. It's also more of a single trunked tree.
Speaking of acacias, so far I've had luck with Acacia constricta and A. greggii. Next, I'm trying out Acacia berlandieri, A. covenyi and A. mucronata.
