I planted this Globulus in this 15 gallon pot when it was a 5 in seedling back in August.
It kept growing all winter long, although slowly ( winter here goes as cold as 35 max low,average 45 ( F ) , so it was never dormant, just lazy )
Meanwhile, if it starts to grow really strong and fast, I will transfer it to a 22 in... ( more than double the size of the 15 gal pot in gallon/capacity, perhaps the ones I have are 40 gallon pots, I already have a couple of those large tubs. ) ... 40 gallon pot so the Eucalyptus can stretch fine before time to plant.
I have seen some large tubs that are sold at hardware stores like Home Depot, I think those are meant for making artifitial ponds, excellent large tubs for a baby Eucalyptus to take his first stretches into life!
