(Click image to enlarge) George, very good comments! In old times, E. glaucescens was known as "E. gunnii var. glauca", and E. perriniana as "E. gunnii var. montana". So, if you all pardon me the pseudo-botanist spirit, I guess we might have a candidate " Eucalyptus x glauco-montana"! Not 100% sure, but it might be. Further observation is needed Manu, I would keep photographing both trees and all their parts regularly! Flower buds would be useful, but not the only thing Juvenile foliage pics would have been wonderful, but maybe there is some luck and appear again in progeny.
