depends on what you mean by "full maturity"---to a botanist it might mean sexual maturity/ability to flower/set seed/reproduce successfully (probably in 10 years) to a forester it would mean merchantable size---which would probably vary from 20 years or less for fiber/pulp production to 40-60 years or more for structural lumber. probably, the tree can live for several hundred years in the right climate (humid tropical). if noone else (like Gus) chimes in with potentially better info---you might try connecting with the Eucalyptus discussion group at yahoo (groups@yahoo.com). hope this helps.
