Here in Columbia, SC we have recently tied or broke records for freezing temps at this time of the tear. Several days we have been in the mid to low 20's and one day we broke a record at 19F with out wind chill factored in. Here are some results, which will probably get worse, as sometimes it may take nearly a week for some species to die:
Eucalyptus nicholii- No damage
Eucalyptus neglecta- No damage
Eucalyptus camphora- no damage
Eucalyptus gunnii (Blue)- No damage
Eucalyptus urnigera (Glaucous)- No damage
Eucalyptus niphophila- No damage
Eucalyptus parvula- No damage
Eucalyptus perriniana- No damage
Eucalyptus rodwayii- No damage (I expect this will change)
Eucalyptus rubida- No damage (I expect this to change)
Eucalyptus stellulata- No damage
Eucalyptus subcrenulata- No damage
Eucalyptus archerii- No damage
Eucalyptus coccifera- No damage
Eucalyptus gregsoniana- No damage
Eucalyptus kybeanensis- No damage
Eucalyptus macarthurii- No damage
Eucalyptus ligustrina- Some damage (I expect this to worsen)
Eucalyptus elliptica- No damage (I expect this will change)
Eucalyptus glaucescens- No damage (I expect this will change)
Eucalyptus yomanii- Some damage (I expect this to change)
Eucalyptus approximans- Some damage (I expect this to be a loss)
Eucalyptus mitchelliana- Moderate to heavy damage (I expect this to worsen)
Eucalyptus nitens 'Select'- Heavy damge to total loss
Many of these could be subject to more damage as time goes on. I will up date this in several days.
