My short answer: dunno.
Australiaplants.com reference says 'near everblooming'. probably refering to native habitat.
Quoting my notes from Jan. visit to the Huntington:
Euc caesia ssp. magna Silver Princess SW Australia Bees everywhere buds nearly 1" 3" flower coral red with gold stamens bell-shaped gumnuts,none out of flower stage.
