Very little chances to grow it in Czech. Its cold hardiness makes it more appropriate for milder coastal areas of Western Europe You can check the map for Eucalyptus Cultivation in Europe and see some hints there too. Only the hardiest species could go well in your area, and I am afraid that not in the long term?
