It is quite possible it blooms during late spring next year, but it is not certain. Some pics of those buds when it resumes growth by spring can help. If you notice the buds get fatter after the frost season is over and a couple of months of newer growth, it is a good sign. If not, maybe it delays till summer.
Protect it well, it does not like cold Any frost damage to those buds during this winter, even if the plant survives, will mean no flowers next year.
