I been growing Eucalyptus indoors under 2 fluorescent lamps.
When I first started over 1 year ago (august) it worked very well.
And last spring too.
But this time something is wrong.
I have some of my Euc's in our most sunniest window also.
And even thou it's starting to get very dark here now (Sweden)
Those that have been grown in the window are about 3 times as heigh.
I have multiple species and all are much taller in my window.
Also the ones under the artificial light seems to get A LOT of sprouts.
The ones in the window have almost none, they just grow straight up.
I have 2 theories:
1.
I have bought new fluorescent lamps this time.
Maybe the spectrum are wrong?
2.
My parents have dried walnuts under heating in the same location were I grow my Eucs.
Supposedly walnut-trees have some substance which hinders grow of other tress.
Anyone have any ideas?
