So far I have had good luck with E. Neglecta or Omeo Gum and E. Perrinnia (sp) or Spinning Gum. Even in single digits with blowing wind in the winter these Eucs come through with very little damage and grow even larger each season. I am in USDA Zone 7a and so far so good. A friend of mine has a 20 foot+ E. Neglecta that is over 25 feet tall about 2 miles away as the crow flies. I hope they become long term survivors or is that wishful thinking?
