Nice looking plug! And the leaves look very healthy *Steals photo* (with your permission) Now the only concern could be the roots near the bottom of the fabric being circled, but the snow gums are enough slow growing (still fast eh! just comparing to faster eucs) as for things to be quite ok. Many fine roots is always good too 
Time for planting out?? 
Or maybe are you going to keep it for another year like that?
Well done, crazy Swede Snow gums in Stockholm! HAH! We only need now someone from Reykjavik who likes Australian things to keep breaking myths about euc cultivation
