the most commonly sold eucalyptus in nurseries is cinerea aka "dollar gum" or "florists eucalyptus"---it is a relatively small tree to about 30'. however, most eucs need excellent drainage and will not tolerate "wet feet" especially during the warm season. some species that might have some tolearance of seasonally wet conditions include camphora, ovata, aggregata, crenulata, stellulata, neglecta, and rodwayi. you might try contacting www.australiaplants.com in virginia and they might be able to give you input on a species that might be suitable for your needs (they sell plants and seed). www.forestfarm.com also sells a number of different species and may include some of the ones mentioned. hope this helps.
