I would not discard many possibilities on Euc ID without being familiar with the species by direct growing or being able to see flowers or fruits (main parameters for fullproof identification). Here we see juvenile/intermediate leaves, and seeing bark, the plant is +2 growing seasons old. Too young for flowers/fruits.
However, E. chapmaniana is a quite uncommon species in cultivation, and given the probable source of this plant, E. camaldulensis (one of the most common species in the area and also one of the most commonly propagated since seed is readily available on many trees) is a more likely bet. Still, I do not say no to this or other possibilities, but I think Benoit nailed it.
