depends on what you are looking for---many eucs become relatively tall open trees so you might have difficulties if you want a short dense screen though neglecta is fairly bushy and short and might work in that situation. subcrenulata, gunnii,nicholii,dalrympleana, aggregata, and archeri are fairly dense as young trees if they are grown in full sun and not close together plus not given lots of water or fertilizer. also, with young trees if you cut the main leader of a single trunked tree half way down you will end up with a more bushy tree or you can cut the stem back hard (to the base) and end up with a naturally multi-trunked and therefore a denser tree. either way planted about 15'/5m or so apart you can end up with a reasonable medium size to tall privacy screen or windbreak. gregsoniana and mooreii might also work as naturally shorter statured trees. hope this helps.
