try windmill outback nursery in virginia---www.australiaplants.com. they sell both plants and seeds (which are very easy to start). cinninatti frank who often posts here may also have plants available for mail-order. www.forestfarm.com and www.colvoscreeknursery.com also sell plants but they may not ship from the westcoast where they are to points east during real hot weather. many eucs are not reliably cold hardy in usda zone 7 or they may not tolerate the very long hot texas summers so your choices for trees may not be large. however, you might investigate parvula, gunnii, archeri, urnigera, and nova-anglica, glaucescens, and neglecta for starters. you probably should not try niphophila the most common "hardy euc" as it does not like sustained high temps. eucs are no hardier than other broadleaf evergreens and if you cannot grow evergreen magnolias, live oaks, and similar stuff well you probably wont be successful with eucs either.
