Hi girls. I have missed you all but have thought of you a lot. I think "life" got in the way of my getting online and keeping in touch.
My Endo was actually good for a couple of years but it is coming back big time. I've been in a lot of pain and really tired. I just turned 30 and am ready to start raising a family. My hubby and I have decided that we want to adopt. Our choice. It was never the alternative. I know there are so many children already out it the world who need loving homes and families to call their own. So we've decided to adopt a older child. We've decided this for a couple reasons. First being that we would wait a long time for a infant and 2 I really don't want to go thru the newborn stage. I don't think my health could handle it. I also want to go thru adoption because I don't feel like I can do a pregnancy and be more exhausted. Call me selfish but I just don't want to go thru a long pregnancy and then a tiny life. My hubby and I have already started the process. We hope to adopt someone between 6 months and 4 years. Do any of you have experience with adoption. IVF was actually offered to be but it would cost $9,000 and its a risk.
