Now Playing: Beautiful Times

Posted by Kathy It sounds like there is alot going on in your life right now. I see a chiropractor every once in awhile for headaches and neck and shoulder problems. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not. Once in awhile it will make my problem worse so I back off when that happens. The chiro I see also does many therapies in the office such as ultrasound and muscle stim. It seems to help also. I get a massage when I can afford it. The massage therapist is very good and I feel better after I've seen her. I get deep tissue massage which isn't like a massage that feels good and is relaxing! She really gets in deep and it's painful at first but it really loosens up the knots. Have you tried massage therapy? I know all this stuff is expensive. My insurance covers chiro visits so I am very fortunate in that ares. It doesn't cover the massages but I can live with that. I would be careful, though, if you are experiencing tingling after a visit. Did he look at x rays and scans before he adjusted you? I hope it helps and you start to feel better soon. Keep us posted. Take care,
