Now Playing: Beautiful Times

Posted by MN~Sue You make me laugh ~ way to get prisoners to talk, good one!!!!! I am sorry the prep was horrid - ugh. Glad to hear the procedure itself was not remembered! I am glad the results were also negative - that has to be a big relief, even though it doesn't give you any answers for the problems you have been experiencing. I wouldn't be surprised that a lot of your symptoms ARE endo related. I always suffered from intestinal issues (diahhrea) and mine WAS definitely caused by my endo. After my endo surgery, it improved, temporarily. Once I went into natural menopause and my endo went into remission, so did my intestinal problems! I still will get upsets, but NOTHING like I endured before menopause!! It was always a major issue with me, every outing/travel had to be 'planned' around it, when I could eat and I always had to have pepcid and imodium with me. It ruled (and ruined) a lot of my life. Hang in there Kathy and update us as you can, please. Are you anxious for spring and getting out in the garden? We had a few days of way above normal temps and I had the windows open and it was delightful. Now reality has set back in and we are in the 30's and damp. We need the rain though, so that part is good, although the frost went so deep again this year (about 6' or more) that it will take much longer for the frost to go out and really be able to soak up the moisture. We are still buried in our remodeling plans. The proposals just keep coming with the changes we have had to make and the $$$ just keeps going up and up........just received the latest proposal today and it was for more than expected, so gave us that sinking feeling of: "how are we going to afford all that needs to be done, let alone the things we would 'like' done?!" It almost made me feel like throwing in the towel, but we have already purchased the windows and the flooring, so can't exactly do that, haha. The window jambs were made wider to go over our existing siding and then the new siding, so we can't change that either, so those things have to be done. The only thing we could really change is to not do the 2' cantilevered addition, but then we would have to can the gas fireplace and 'entertainment cabinet/wall' because there wouldn't be enough room, which were the 2 things we most 'wanted.' Sooooo, who knows how we will end up with all of this. Time to start playing the lottery??!!! hehe.......... Enjoy your weekend. I hope you are feeling okay to enjoy it! Love,
