Pls tell Shelley to go get help now. If Cody is depressed it won't be as simple as just "snapping out of it". Pls don't wait til he starts making comments like, "I am a burden to you all", etc.
I hope that the companies that you and Bob work for don't leave town so that you guys can retire next year.
