Posted by Kristy It's been a while since I've posted and I'm sorry about that but the past nearly a month has been a challenge, especially rough in the past couple weeks with the pubic pain and also the fact that I think that my Pain Management dr has finally realized that I wasn't kidding about the complexity of my case. The reason I say this is b/c of some things she said to me and it also told me that maybe her practice is about to go under and as of last I heard they still haven't found a new MA. They have been without an MA since Nov which is also when this pain decided to stay. I had a good appt with my rheumatologist on the 24th and he agreed that b/c of the thing I'm concerned about possibly occurring: RSD that I should see a neurologist so I have an appt set for the 8th but I'm hoping to try and find out tomorrow if I can get in before the end of the month although I'll have to wait and see what happens. I had an MRI done of my lower back (one of the surprises that came out of the visit with the PM dr b/c of the things she said to me) and I don't know the results of that yet but I will get the films from that and also the one of my pelvic area from back on Nov 16th and take them with me to the appt for the neurologist. Other than that I'm still hanging in there and trying to find a job although that hasn't been very easy as well as having dealt with some pretty cold temps even for here in FL but we have had the chance to enjoy some beautiful flowers this year although probably a bit earlier than normal. I will keep every one posted on how this turns out.
