Good morning everyone...My brother's surgery when fine, he will be checked every 3 months for cancer for a few years. The doctor was very reassurring that things would be fine. Time will tell, & we won't borrow trouble.
Now, this morning, my younger brother, Jim ( he lost his first wife to breast cancer) his new wife is going to the heart doctor today, the doctors in our town feels she has a very serious heart condition. Of course the family is really worried about Cathy, please keep her in your prayers. She has been so good for my brother. He finally can have a real smile on his face again. He had so many years of hospitals and doctors with his daughter, Jodi and then his wife Marsha.
Now, Cathy has given him joy again and she is sick..
My son in law, Cody's Dad, has been told he has sugar diabete..please pray that Jon can get things under control with a diet and medicine.
My sister, Lynda, was told she has an eye condition that could take her eye sight away. Lynda is 61 years old, please keep her in her in your prayers.
All of these people were all told about the same time they were ill or had conditions.
Bob & I are doing okay. I was put on a different blood pressure medicine and since Dec 1st, I have had diarreha..I am afraid it is the new medicine. The cramping is so bad, running to the bathroom all the time is awful. I go to my doctor on Wednesday so will see what they say.
My swallowing isn't any better, I do need something done with that as if something is too hot and I swallow it burns all the way down..my pills sometimes stick and I am concerned about it.
Bob's & my jobs are still shaking, I am ready to retire, I would right now if it wasn't for health insurance. I been at my company 29 years this January...I am thankful I am able to still go to work, but it is time to leave. The company is cutting back and people are losing their jobs, they haven't got to my dept yet, but expect it this month. I would like to be one of the people to be let go so I could draw unemployment and get things done around the house so when Bob retires or is let go things will be done that I want to do.
