Ohhhhhh Sue................ I am soooooo sorry!!!!!!!!!!! I am wiping away the tears right now. I feel for you and Terry so much right now!!!! I've only had one pet pass away so far...but it was literally the hardest day of my life. It's weird...I can actually deal with people dying more so than animals...I don't know why? Our sweet Simba is getting older now and knock on wood has been in pretty good health...she does have some mild kidney disease but we are monitoring it closely...oh yeah...and she's about 8 pounds or more overweight..lol. We've tried putting her on diets...but it doesn't go so well....she's like her mommy...she LOVES food..lol. Anyways...I know she is getting older and I will have to start preparing myself for potential failing health. It's so hard....gosh..I feel so bad for you guys...animals become sooo close...it's so hard. Please know I'm thinking of you and just think Al is pain free and care free now in kitty heaven. I commend you for making the decision to end Al's suffering. My uncle could not put his dog down and instead let him suffer for soooo long..it was sad. It was very unselfish of you to do.
