Posted by Liv Gosh...it's been a long time...I hope everyone is well. Well...I"m sick right now....which really sucks. I have a sore throat, headache, and swollen glands....ugggghhh. Luckily I"m off for a few days at work....I go back tomorrow night so I hope it resolves itself by then. I think I wore myself down.....last week we went up to Long Lake and spent the week with my parents and grandma. We had such a wonderful time...shopping, fishing, eating, and relaxing....but then I had to come home last Friday and work all weekend...uggghhh. I usually like one night at home to 'recoop' after vacation...but it didn't work out that way. I love the lake life though...if I was rich..my next house would definately be on a lake!!! My dad is such an avid fisherman....I think it makes him happy inside that I like to fish so much. I did catch a couple nice ones...I'll include the link to my picture site and you can look at our long lake pics....along with any other gatherings you might want to look at...LOL. I must say that I'm kind of bummed that the summer is coming to an end...I hate that. All the fun gatherings are over and I'm already dreading winter. Another reason I'm dreading fall/winter...I'm done with my Lupron now and I'm just waiting for my period to come back..uggggh. I don't know if it's in my head or what...but I've been having less hot flashes and more abdominal and back pain. Perhaps a sign that the Lupron is wearing off. I need to make an appt. with my gyn. but I'm kind of waiting til I get my first period....so I can see how things are. I'm trying to think positive....but if things aren't improved....I'm going for a lap....I'm going to take Kristy's advice and put it off as long as I can...because I don't want the endo to be hidden/shrunk. I would like to do it by the end of the year though.....as I would like to use my flex money. We'll see though. Otherwise..nothing new. I guess this got kind of long...eeek. I should get going...I'm going to try to rest up as much as I can and hopefully get rid of this little bug that I have. I will try to catch up with you all soon....til then... Long Lake is up above Rice Lake...(Sue you might know where it is). It is a very prestigous lake and the real estate up that way...is worth a lot of money. We drifted past a beautiful log home for sale...when I got home I went to look for it online....they only want...oh.....1.9 million for it....yikes!!!!!
