Hello Michelle,
Congratulations on purchasing a new home! How exciting! I hope that you will be very happy there. Also congrats on your new job. I think I know where you work by the terminology you are using. Are you wearing red? lol I am sorry about the fall out with your mother-in-law. Also, I am sorry that you were so sick with pnuemonia. I think it was good for you to stay home and rest. Don't worry, work will be there when you get back. Relax as much as you can. I had pnuemonia myself years ago now, but I have not forgotten how sick I was. Very horrible experience, especially since my doctor did not catch it right off. First antibiotic he gave me I only got sicker on. Struggled so much and finally went back and he saw the pnuemonia and prescribed the right antibiotic. What a difference that made!
Anyway, I don't know anything about the sleep meds. Since you have had a hysterectomy I suspect that your sleep troubles are due to hormones. I have issues with lack of sleep myself. One thing that has helped me sleep is taking Melatonin. You can get it over the counter. I use the sublingual pills. You just put a pill under your tongue and sit in bed reading a book and it will help ease you to sleep. Hope this helps.
