Here are a couple of websites about candida that you might find interesting. I take grapefruit seed extract for yeast problems. On one of the sites they talk about a diet that will help along with taking probiotics (or eat yogurt) and grapefruit seed extract. I use Nutribiotic and I take the pills. I think it helps, hope that this info. helps you.
